When will I be charged?

You will automatically receive an invoice via email once you click to enroll in the class. Your space in the class is confirmed once you have paid the invoice.

What is your refund policy?

Class refunds, minus a cancellation fee of $25 are available if the start of the class or camp is one week (7 days) away.  

If we receive your cancellation request within 7 days of the class beginning, we will attempt to replace you with someone from the wait list. If no one is o the wait list and no replacement is available, no refund will be granted. You are welcome to find your own replacement in that case. As soon as they are confirmed and paid, we can issue you a refund minus the $25.

Do you ever have to cancel camps or classes?

In the event of severe or extreme weather or forces outside of our control, Coffee & Scripts Studios will determine if the camp can be safely held or need to be rescheduled. If the class or camp cannot be held due to safety, all efforts will be made to reschedule within the month.
